Easy Tequila Shrimp

Ingredients: shrimp 2 – 4 cloves of garlic, minced 1/4 c.  Chipotle  Olive Oil tequila fresh lime juice cilantro salt & pepper to taste Directions: Saute minced garlic in Chipotle Olive Oil.  Add shrimp, a splash of tequila, a squeeze of lime and some cilantro.  Cook thoroughly. That’s it, enjoy!
